The house has four spacious bedrooms (one with en-suite), a bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath, and a downstairs shower room and w/c. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests use and, in the lounge area, a Smart TV. High speed internet is provided free of charge for our guests.

There is a private garden to the rear and guests will have full access to the entire property. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities provided.

Situated in Southmead, the property is located next to Southmead Hospital, as well as being close to shops and local amenities. It is a short drive to both Bristol City Centre and Cribbs Causeway Shopping Mall. Excellent public transport links make it easy to explore Bristol and the surrounding areas. The area is well serviced by local bus routes that are within a 5 minute walk of the property, providing easy access to Bristol City Centre and the surrounding areas. The area is also well connected by major roads.

Off-street parking is available at the front of the property for 2 - 3 cars. Due to the fact that the property is located on a private road, guests must advise us of all vehicles that will be visiting.
