Amazing place! Good value! Really homely, definitely better than a hotel!

Great property! felt very comfortable during my stay will definitely visit again.

Het appartement ligt in een rustige woonwijk, door ons gekozen vanwege familie die daar dicht bij woont. Direct naast het appartement is een gratis parkeerplaats, op eigen terrein. 
En op de andere hoek van de straat een mini super markt voor van alles en nog wat. 
Erg fijn is het terrasje: klein maar heel prettig om buiten te kunnen zitten.
Op korte loopafstand goede busverbindingen zowel de stad in als uit (bijv. naar Bath).
Ook heel prettig dat er een wasmachine is, zeker bij een langer verblijf.

This apartment suited us well; we have family living nearby. The actual apartment was well stocked in terms of crockery, linen and all the basics (including tea and coffee) and was clean and cosy. The bed was comfortable and the area was surprisingly quiet overnight (even on a Friday!) - and this with two public houses nearby; we slept well with no disturbance. It was also good value for money. There is a small shop very close by selling all the basics and local shops in Brislington, as well as cafes, a short walk away. During the day, while out walking, we noticed that there were some building renovations going on nearby, but this did not disturb us. The directions and instructions provided by Matt and his team were first rate, as was their response rate to any query I posted. So, a very good stay for us. Thank you!

Excellent stay! Will be back! It was a bit of a tight fit for 4 adults but we were comfortable.  Aside from that it was perfect. All amenities as stated and we had all that we needed in the space. Thanks so much!

Matt was an attentive host communicating via emails from start to finish.  The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.  It was essential having the off-street parking.  If required I will be booking this apartment again.

Me and my partner had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, hosts were quick to answer queries which was appreciated. The apartment was very nice and comfortable and was great to have the on premises parking. Overall was very happy with the apartment. Would definitely book again.

This place was great for a 10 day stay. Had everything we needed. Bed was really big for a couple and good facilities

Dos amigos y yo pasamos un fin de semana en esta propiedad y la verdad no tenemos quejas! El espacio era perfecto para nosotros tres, el agua de la tina salía siempre caliente, y no nos hizo falta nada! Además, es perfecto para los que les gusta salir a trotar o a hacer bici para despejar la mente como a mí, pues la zona es muy tranquila, poco transitada y muy segura! Sí recomiendo el lugar :)

The apartment was large and comfortable and had everything I needed. I enjoyed having a bath in the well-decorated bathroom. Would definitely recommend staying.
