Absolutely perfect location and beautiful views. PERFECT!

This place is a joy - among the top 10% of the 75+ rentals we've stayed in.  Beautifully maintained and equipped, great views of the harbour, close to restaurants.  Well equipped kitchen, even nespresso and pods.

A classy apartment in a great location - easily walkable to a range of amenities/nightlife.
The balcony is a great spot to watch the world go by - both on water and land.

Quite simply put, one of the most relaxing and wonderful apartments ever. Spotlessly clean, lovely furnishings and an exceptional location. We were sad to leave but will be back soon for sure.  Communication with the owners was immediate and super friendly.

Superb apartment!!! Great base to explore Bristol from. Views were lovely from balcony!! Sweet little ferry took us across the river. Very friendly people in the harbour hub restaurant!! Will definitely be back!!

Wow what an amazing location, right on the harbour side. Lovely balcony, with fantastic views. Modern apartment with great amenities. Comfy beds and great showers. Right in the heart of Bristol I can highly recommend a stay here. Perfect location  for visiting our son.

Lovely location overlooking the river and the boats moored up. Very relaxing, very quiet - no noise at all, you can’t hear any traffic. 
Unbelievably comfortable beds and pillows! We both slept soundly every night. 
Immaculately clean, and every appliance you could need. 
Easy to walk into town, river path was lovely. 
Would highly recommend.

Great appartment right where you want to stay in Bristol. Everything walkable, resturaunts/bars very close by. Appartment very confortable and squeeky clean. Matt was very helpfull with instructions. Would recommend.

The Boathouse was a fantastic place to stay. 

It was clean, fresh and comfortable. The views were great and I enjoyed standing out on the balcony in the morning with my coffee watching the world go by and the swans in the harbour. 

The beds were comfortable and the flow of the property was warm and welcoming. 

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for at least 4 people, they even had a proper cork screw. 

The hosts were friendly and responsive. The instructions for access they gave me were (long) clear and easy to understand. When I arrived the heat was on and the place was warm. 

Honestly for my needs (a person visiting Bristol for a few days for work) this was one of the best places I have stayed in with Airbnb.

well furnished and spacious apartment in a quiet and ideal location.

This apartment is right on the Bristol waterfront and very close in to loads of shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartment is run by a management team, which gives it more a "sterile" hotel-like feel, but that's not always a bad thing, just something to point out.  The communication was very good.  We had an issue with the heating being VERY high and difficulty in managing the system.  They sent clear directions how to adjust, as it was not immediately clear. Would stay here again

This was a great place to stay and the view is stunning pics don’t do it justice. There is so much to do in the area and all walkable . I hope

Brilliant location , stunning views of river, ferries, kayakers, sailing boats .. very short walk to town - adored the apartment and highly recommend. Kitchen also super well appointed. Could have moved in permanently !

Unico neo della casa è che può diventare molto calda in estate.

Our stay was great and the location couldn’t have been better. We were warned about the likelihood of noise from the bar/restaurant below, however, the noise disappeared as soon as the bar shut. Would hope to stay again.

stayed here over the bank holiday weekend in May. Really lovely place, overlooking the harbour with a balcony. Great spec appartment. it is above a couple of bars so I was a little worried before I got there but they close don't stay open late & noise was not an issue at all with the windows closed. would definitely recommend this place!

Had a great stay in this beautiful apartment! The beds are super comfy, the living area is spacious and the balcony is a really nice addition. Would definitely stay again!

Matt's place was truly incredible. Located right alongside the waterfront, it was the perfect location to embark on mnay advetures in Bristol. It was also quiet enough for me to take my university exams. Despite the timing hiccup towards the end of the stay, I was overall impressed with this flatt!
